Bronze service:
We will proactively market your property
to prospective tenants:
- Erect one of our distinctive ‘To Let’
boards to promote your property
- Carry out referencing and financial checks
- Provide tenancy agreements and relevant notices
to protect your legal rights.
- Renew the tenancy agreement for a new term
if appropriate.
- Offer optional services including a professional
inventory and tenant checkout service.
Silver service
Ideal if you wish to be involved in the day-to-day
management and maintenance of your property but
without the worry of having to collect rent. This
service contract includes all the benefits of
the Silver Service detailed below
In addition, we will:
- Collect the rent each month on your behalf
via standing order mandate set up at the start
of each tenancy each month.
- Order our Credit Control department to pursue
the tenant and serve the appropriate possession
notice on your behalf if they fall into arrears
.
- Provide regular statements so that you know
exactly what rent has been collected and when
.
- Prepare an inventory of your property’s
contents and condition
- Visit the property and meet the tenant at
the end of the letting period.

Gold service:
Gives the full level of service allowing you,
the landlord, the minimum of involvement in the
routine management and maintenance of the property.
We’ll manage the letting of your property
from beginning to end and keep you informed every
step of the way. Eliminating the hassle and worry.
This service is ideal if you’re unable,
for whatever reason, to have a hands-on approach
in the day-to-day running of your property. This
service contract includes all the benefits of
the gold service detailed below.
In addition, we will:
- Ensure an inventory is prepared on the property’s
content and condition
- Have our highly trained Property Management
Coordinators undertake specified Routine Visit
checks to ensure the property is kept in good
order.
- Organise any necessary repair work, using
our panel of qualified and approved contractors
- Our experienced Property Management Coordinators
will visit the property at an agreed time and
date to check the tenant out of the property
and assess any damage and unreasonable wear
and tear once they are ready to leave or you
require your property back
- Process the tenant’s security deposit
upon satisfactory settlement of any damage and
unreasonable wear and tear
